Bridge financing, also known as a bridge loan, is a short-term loan secured by real estate or land. It serves to bridge the gap until longer-term financing options become available.

The maximum period financing for Paragon credit is 24 months.

The minimum loan term for Paragon credit is 6 months.

The maximum Loan-To-Value (LTV) ratio for Paragon credit is 70%.

Paragon offers the following interest repayment options: 
– Serviced interest: Monthly payments of the interest on the loan. 
– Bullet: Payment of the entire principal and interest at the end of the loan term. 
– Retained: Interest is deducted from the original loan amount and not paid monthly. 
– Annuity loan: Constant payments (annuities) throughout the loan term, consisting of interest and principal repayment.

– Maximum collateral percentage (LTV) is 70%. 
Eligible collateral includes any type of residential property, commercial property, mixed-use property.
